VMG Artist Agency

Booking Division

About

Built under one parent company. Operated with clear lanes.

Veridian Management Group Inc. is the parent company. It includes a Property Management Division (Airbnb / property operations),
an Artist Division (management), and VMG Artist Agency (booking). The structure is intentional: specialized lanes, shared standards.

Positioning: VMG Artist Agency is the booking division under Veridian Management Group Inc., aligned with the Artist Division’s management strategy.
Booking representation is confirmed in writing per offer.

Corporate structure

Veridian Management Group Inc. (Parent)

The parent company provides operational standards, legal/financial infrastructure, and shared systems.
Each division stays focused on what it does best.

Property Management Division

Airbnb and property operations live here. Separate lane, separate workflows, same leadership standards.

Artist Division (Management)

Artist management lives here: strategy, team building, brand direction, release planning, and long-term development.

VMG Artist Agency (Booking)

VMG Artist Agency is the booking division under the parent company. We handle offers, routing, negotiations, confirmations,
deposits, and settlement expectations — aligned with the management strategy, executed as a dedicated booking function.

  • Deal discipline: clear terms, clear timelines, cleaner outcomes
  • Routing logic: build markets, don’t just “fill dates”
  • Communication: one lane for booking execution and buyer coordination

How we handle representation

Booking roster

Artists on the VMG Artist Agency booking roster are actively booked through the agency. Representation is confirmed in writing per offer.

Courtesy booking (management benefit)

Some managed clients may be booked under VMG as a courtesy while a permanent agency assignment is finalized.
This reduces friction and shortens the runway from interest to confirmed dates.

Clarity for buyers

Every offer confirms the representation lane in writing. If a lane changes later, updated representation is confirmed before contracting.

Important: “Roster” on this site is separated by lane (Booking Roster vs Managed Clients – Courtesy Booking) to prevent confusion
and keep contracting clean.
